Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of your order (both actual and volumetric) and how far you are from our office.
- Local Shipping: Between R70.00 and R184.00 (for orders under 25 kg).
- Main Centres: Between R110.00 and R220.00 (for orders under 25 kg).
- Regional Areas (rest of South Africa): Between R137.00 and R221.00 (for orders under 25 kg). Some areas might have an extra surcharge on top of this.
Good News: If your order is over R850.00 (and under 25 kg), shipping is FREE anywhere in South Africa! 
For shipments over 25 kg, rates will be calculated automatically based on the size and weight.
We also offer big discounts on our 4-packs to encourage bulk buying and save small business owners some cash. However, since these packs are already discounted, they’re not eligible for free delivery. This way, we keep things fair for everyone.
Delivery Times & Methods
We work with trusted courier services like The Courier Guy, Courier IT, and sometimes Fastway to make sure your parcel gets to you as quickly as possible. Delivery within South Africa usually takes 2–4 working days.
Important Info
- We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes.
- If you live in a high-risk area, the courier might ask you to collect your package from the nearest police station. They’ll notify you if that’s the case.
Lost or Missing Packages
While we don’t control courier mishaps (missing parcels), we’re happy to help resolve any issues with the shipping company. If your package goes missing, just drop us an email at admin@juvenaiteorganix.co.za, and we’ll sort it out together!
